Return Window
We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Days 1–30: Eligible for a full refund with free return shipping
• Days 31–60: Eligible for store credit. Return shipping costs may be deducted
Please allow 2–3 business days for your return label to be issued.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in original packaging
• Include proof of purchase
Important:
Return labels must not be placed directly on the product packaging. Items must be shipped inside a separate outer box or protective mailer.
Return Shipping Timeframe
Once a return label is issued, customers are expected to ship the item within 14 days. If additional time is needed, please contact us to ensure your return remains active.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please contact us with your request. The fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
