The shoes I received are defective. The sole on one is 7mm narrower, which impacts the entire last and makes it too tight. The stitching on this shoe is also irregular - narrower in the front, wider along the sides. One shoe was also noticeably more scuffed (beyond what is considered new shoe), and the heels are from a different material (one is matte, the other glossy). I took the pair to a Red Wing store in Manhattan, and the sales associate stated that this is a reason for concern. Unfortunately, he could not exchange the pair for me, as I purchased the shoes from an independent vendor. He advised I notify the Red Wing company, though. Not happy about the product, and not happy about the AllSportsWearUSA's customer service, which was dismissive. I certainly will not have these shoes and will talk to the vendor again, or my bank to reverse the payment, or deal directly with Red Wing.

The boots look great and are obviously made of quality materials. Unfortunately they are a little oversized. I typically wear a 10 and ordered a 9.5... I should have gone with a size 9. No other issues with the item. Allsportsusa.com was very helpful with the return process. I received a return label through email within 24 hours. I would have liked to exchanged the boots for a different size, but no other sizes were available at that time. I would use Allsportsusa.com again in the future.
As usual Red Wing Iron Rangers are a great boot and this seller has the absolute best prices. I have made 2 purchases with them and will continue to keep buying from them. I highly recommend them.
