I ordered these boots than read the reviews about this company and thought I screwed up. I ended up getting the boots earlier than expected and I love them. No problems no issues. I wore the boots thru water and rain hiking in the cold. Love Love Love!!! Comfortable supportive boots.
You sent me the wrong item and then, when I returned it, you never refunded me. Please contact me ASAP about this. You approved the return, I returned the item months ago and I still have not received a refund.
Size is way off and it's been difficult to return them for new ones, i also ordered a larger pair and the USPS can't get their crap together and tellse.i have them when i don't, shop says they haven't been shipped yet, uggh
