I ordered sz 9.5 and was too big for son. Received return label timely -very pleased. Shipped off with no issue. However, ordered sz 9 & it was too big as well. Promptly started return and two days later return is still pending. Tried to call several times and call disconnected after 1 ring. No response from emails. Feeling ghosted at this point. Frustrating.
